Ownership transfer with continuing custody.
If the transaction settles and required custody verification passes, the successful buyer becomes the owner while the artwork remains with the current custodian, provided that custodian remains approved, until a later approved release or custody change.
Custody Transaction Services Fee: 8%. The exact transaction amount and material custody terms are shown again before payment.
Current private-custody ceiling: $5,000. Until professional-custody transition is activated, a bid above $5,000 is not permitted on this custody-continuing lot.
