Service identity

Gavelum is the trade name used for this prelaunch online art marketplace. The founder intends to form a Nevada limited liability company in Las Vegas for live marketplace operations. Until that entity is actually formed and the live transaction package is activated, the site must not represent that the future entity already exists.

Before any live paid marketplace transaction, the applicable contracting entity, payment-provider configuration, and effective transaction documents will be identified in the version presented for acceptance.

Jurisdiction availability

Public access to Gavelum does not mean every transaction type is available in every jurisdiction. Gavelum may apply jurisdiction, payment, tax, category, value, custody, sanctions, fraud, or other restrictions when required by the applicable transaction configuration or law.
